How can I keep my pitching arm healthy(in season and off season)?

umm it helps if yoou do alot arm excercise likee in cheerleading we would rotatee our arms inwards and sets of 20.

Stretching your arm regularly will keep it supple. Also exercising it, pushups, pull ups, anything that builds some lean muscle (don’t go weigth training with actual weights, that can’t be good for throwing).
