If say somone were to calculate her hight, weight and inches around her arms, legs, stomach, butt and breasts ever week and add up the differences and if she had gained she would have to run an extra 20 minutes in the morning for three days of the week till she either lost or was back to normal... Is this healthy... Or is it just obsessive?? Or both
Because she doesnt want to waste her time...
hmm it's kinda both. there's nothing wrong with keep to a strict excercise regime, but there is a limit.
It's a little excessive... But running an extra 20 mins isnt a big deal...
