what is the easiest way without seeing a doctor to get rid of pimples on face and back? ever since I moved to Melbourne I started getting pimples on my cheeks and back I need help to prevent them. I tried using toothpaste but it doesnt do anything so please help
well I see a naturopath.. dunno if that counts.. drink lots of water, avoid unecessary levels of sugar and you can also use a product called ambrotose to clean your gut. it is also a good idea to eat zinc and vitamin C rich foods the comon misconception is that it is a cleanliness issue, it isn't. it is a good idea to keep clean but it has more to do with your general health and your hormones than being generally clean
melbourne... ausi? if so, I have my cousins who live there (: but yeaa... I use clean and clear every morning to wash my face and it works real well, I also carry around OXY deep cleansing pads, for whenever I get sweaty after gym or a workout. as for your back try OXY acne vanishing treatment! works for me, and hopfuly it'll work out for you! :)
Oxy! You can buy it at pretty much any store. Its a 3 step process. First theres a face wash. Second theres the cleansing pads. And third theres a topical solution that you put on your face, back or wherever. When I started using it, it cleared up my face within a week or two. It's amazing.
oxy is formulated for guys so it might not work for you I suggest using actual facewash every other day (dial-brand soap and water on the others) wash 2-3 times daily panoxyl would work wonders for your back from what I hear
Drink lots of water and eat healthy, the air is dry and it's windy in Melbourne and Australia in general.
panoxyl. Stuff does wonders.
