How can you have you're picture in black and white but have some parts of the photo in colour?
Is there a certain website you have to go on??If so, please tell :)
Photoshop is the easiest way to do those types of pictures, i believe lunapic.com also offers that option and its free to use. Picnic.com has it…but its not a free service you have to sign up and be a member for that particular thing.

Also, gimp works…that’s what I always used. Photofiltre is what I just downloaded, but I am not used to it yet, and don’t know what all it can do. They are both free. :)
I like Photobucket.com It’s what everyone usees for Myspace and it’s completely free.

there is an ap for iphone to do that…its called touch of colour…it adds the balck and white to the picture and allows you to pick the part of the photo you want in colour
