I've been feeling psycho

My attitude has been bouncing off the walls. I will get extrememly upset over nothing, and get completely ticked off about stupid stuff.

  • I don’t know why. Could it be because there has been a lot of stress going on in the home I live in, school, or just being moody.

I mean, I was diagnosed bipolar and took medication until my aunt (whom I live with) flushed them all down the toilet.

  • I’m also on birth control, so could it be because it could be my time of the month ?

  • How do I stop from being so moody ?

  • How do I stop myself from always taking it out on my boyfriend !!!

well, it’s not my time of the month.

I’ve been like this now for 2 months or more ?

I did not abuse any medication, and don’t ever plan on it! lol, I talked to my health teacher today, and she said that isn’t right.

they were prescription medication, and since I’ve been off of them, I have gotten really depressed, always crying, and always mad. I’ve even thought about suicide, running away and leaving.

my guardians that I live with now is the only family here where I live. in ohio.

my parents and the rest of my family live in north carolina.

she not only flushed my bipolar medication, she flushed my depression pills, anxiety pills, and my back pills and my migrane pills.

I go to the nurse almost everyday in school because my head is throbbing and I get dizzy and can’t focus. I’m constantly crying, and always getting in trouble for it. I’m about it give up.

whats bipolar? if you needed the medication for it why did your aunt get rid of them???

lol I just looked up bipolar and the first thing it says is: Bipolar disorder is not a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders defined by the presence of one or more episodes of abnormally elevated mood, clinically referred to as mania.

so there it is ^^^ its a mood disorder, thats why u have been a bit moody. if I were you I would talk to your aunt and try and get the medication bk!!

good luck! tell me how it goes!

Answer #3

Why would she throw out your meds? Did you abuse them. If not you need to go back to the doctor asap and get more. It is not good some a biopolar individual to be off meds. They can hurt themselves or others. Go to a trusted adult in your family, at school, or a friends parent and tell them the situation. If you are bio polar there is nothing you can do to rid yourself of your roller coaster emotions. There are exercises you can to to help control it but most go back to their normal ways, they can’t help it. Seek help from an adult asap. If you have any questions just fun mail me. I hope this helps.

Answer #4

youre time of the month is messing with you happens to me too I always know that im going to have a monthly fight with my parents it really sucks and I havent found a way to end it.

Answer #5

first things first you need to get the meds back into your system think of it in this way when a person goes to the hospital and are in serious pain they give them morphine to ease the pain. its the same for bi-polar the meds ease the the severity of the mood swings trust me I know :) my mother is bi-polar and a lot of people dont understand the condition. its easy to treat and to live with, if it is properly looked after its the same with a lot of disorders all easy to control if taken care of
