You Press Control (Ctrl) and the Print screen button at the top row it says (PrtSc) and below that it sys (SysRq) that's on my laptop anyway and then you have to right click your mouse and paste it to a file wherever you want it. Hope i helped, Good Luck Alethea Xxx
You can also use a program such as SnagIt to capture screen shots or video of your desktop and whatever you may have on it.
