You mean photo-editing programs? The best I’ve used was of course, the Adobe Photoshop, which is expensive. You can try GIMP or InkScape, both should be free to download. You can edit online using Picnik or LunaPic.
u can try adobe photo shop or photo editor
I like Picnik because it’s easier and cheaper than photoshop
Hehee i dont know why your asking me :P i personally dont usually edit my pics, they are from my webcam, but when i do edit i use gimp :) problem is, its in some sort of language i dont know cos i was messing with the settings >< so i can only use basic thigs on it :P but yh picnic cool for like doing effects
