Is it natural to have my period twice a year?

Well I think you just have an irregular period. I used to have weird periods before I had my son and then after he was born they were regular. I didn’t have a period from April to October and now I haven’t had another and it’s been almost 2 months. If you take birth control it could make you period come regular. also do you play a lot of sports

You should just go to a doctor. They will know what is going on and can advise you on what you can do about it.

It isn’t as embarrassing or scary to talk about that stuff with a doctor. They get questions like that all the time - it is their job to respect you and give you answers to all your health questions. You will feel better when you have answers from someone who really knows rather than here online.

for your age its not particularly abnormal…But its better to have a consultation

me too… I started my period when im 10 ,my menstrual cycle is regular that days.But now im 16 ,I have irregular period…once at august 15 last year and once this february 5…we dont have enough money to consult a doctor…what might I do?
