I had that happen to me once but it was only because I took the ‘morning after pill’ and that caused my hormones to go all crazy on me and made me get my period twice for the month (it was one of the side effects) so as yeah it could be a hormone imbalance that your having. If your worried about it then definitely go see a doctor.

Sometimes it just happens for no particular reason. Otherwise, a hormone imbalance is usually to blame. If it happens more than once, I’d advise seeing your gyno.
