How should a person start to record music even if they don't have enough money??

Answer #1

My brother records his own music at home, with a computer, etc…sounds pretty good to me, too (if he had it in itunes already, I’d share the link, but he doesn’t yet, hopefully soon). :)

Answer #2

hm…but I need to buy the equipment for it…I don’t have a job yet…and thanks. Good luck to you brother too!

Answer #3

If you have a computer (you’re 18?) get a macbook, it’s got all you need. Some famous songs have used loops from garageband, too (the software that’s free on a mac).

Answer #4

Yes I’m 18, every time I try to look for a job I don’t get called. But I’m going to try. Maybe I will buy a Mac by 2011 or something. And thanks, Jeremy.

Answer #5

College = if you’re disadvantaged, you get financial aid (loans that need to be repaid) but, it’s essentially “free” while you’re in school, and you get on average a ton higher pay, etc…sucks to pay off loans (I did) but, I didn’t have parents to pay for it, so was the only option.

What I don’t get is: why AREN’T you in college at your age? Would solve the computer issue straight away. And the job issue.

Answer #6

When we came to United States(I was born here, U.S) but I learned more Spanish then English, the elementary school I went to decided to hold me back when I was in 2nd grade so that’s my whole story of why I’m not in College yet. I had teachers help me but um I guess I was a slow learner…and that is why again…
