your period will cause your body to go through changes…eventually those changes will discomfort & all sorts of other issues while stressing you out. Add all the symptoms on top of all that plus the long crappy day you had & that might just be enough to cause you nightmares…

with all the hormones flying and the stress of period pain etc yeah possibly, your feeling low on these days so its possible

Not that I know of but probably, as the above comments stated, your hormones are imbalanced so there is a possiblity, but it’s highly unlikely. but maybe though
