i am currently laying on my bathroom floor currled into a ball almost in tears shaking and sweating. On the first day of my period thats alli can do, lay there. It kills and i shake nad sweat, i feel like i need to throw up all the time . some times it brings diariha too. Why does this happen?

Yes they can help with cramps actually, they can help you regulate your period as well as lessen the amount of bleeding you get.
I would consider taking birth control pills because they help with periods and i also heard tea helps.
