Not everyone has a heavy period on the first day, some have heavy periods on the second or third day. Your uterus expells the most blood on the first few days of your period and less as it gets more empty, that is why you should see more blood in the beginning of your period.
mine gets heavy on the second day usually
It depends on who you are really, some people get it the second day, some the first, it all depends. So if its heavy the first, second, third, or any other day, it does not make a difference. It will be heavy at some point. It’s just getting rid of all that I guess.
my period is light the first day, medium on the next day, and heavy the next day then on the fourth day it gets medium and 1 more day and its over.
Mine’s not. It’s actually really light on the first day then heavy the next dag and light the day after that then it’s over.

well you may be a heavy bleeder as am i but its nothing to be worried about unless you are having clotage of blood you need to see a doctor then but its your first day you have more sheding uterus wall at that time more there is more that comes out
