Pepsi and other sodas are horrible for you. The acid in it is bad for the human body and can lead to osteoporosis. The high amount of sugar and the carbonation can lead to tooth decay and destroys tooth enamel. The amount of sugar can lead to obesity and high blood sugar or diabetes. All in all it’s terrible for you. Leave a chicken bone in soda for a week you will see holes through the bone. You can clean toilets with that stuff. It’s not like you should never drink it but limit yourself, everything in moderation.

Any Pepsi is technically too much. It isn’t supposed to go in your body it eats at the lining in your stomach and the chemicals in it can give you cancer and liver problems. In a perfect world, I would suggest tea or water.

However if you do have it, it is in the “eat sparingly” category. So I would say maybe ween yourself off of it by having one a day, then go down to one every other day and so on and so on.

Soda is really tough on your body, I seriously recommend limiting how much you have. Good luck!

This photo comes to mind. Keep in mind that you drink three a day.

Everyone replied with great answers so I will add on. Pepsi can’t technically give you cancer, it’s the aspartame in the soda. To cause this cancer you’d need to consume a heavy dose of this (24,000 cans in one day).

If we’re on the topic of acid and destroying lining then gum falls in that category. Chewing gum stimulates production of saliva which in turn causes stomach acid to build up and eat the lining as well.

Maybe try n drink only one a day? That’s what I do I just drink it with dinner.
