Why are people still stuck in the 50's and 60's??!

Answer #1

Perhaps life was much simpler then…less sh!t to deal with then today!

Besides there were much more opportunities then there are today so much more to explore…create…and hope for…leaving everything & free to dream.

Today there is everything…and in some cases too much of everything…so much chaos and less to look forward to. Cant even come up with original things…either it’s already out there or simply a cheap imitation of older stuff….even the music keeps being redone…nothing new to talk about, sing about, rap about….

I guess perhaps some of us wish we were born back then to really be able to appreciate good times rather then watch the world around us crumble right in front our very eyes!

oh well…:(

To put it simple, people are often most comfortable in the years and environment they grew up in and loved. I grew up in and loved the 90’s. The music was lovable and different.. the movies were good.. everything was different. I was raised with 80’s - 90’s stuff, so nothing will ever quite compare to those days. xD I am, however, not into the 50’s and 60’s.

I was born in the mid 70’s not too far away…:P But I hv been around when they still had coke in them glass bottles. When we paid 25 cents for a bag of chips…& another 50 cents for a can of coke! it was still called C&C for those of you who were around that time…remember those things we called “jukebox” at the diner on the table…you could put in some change & hear ur fav song…cant find those around now a days…drove my parents nutz! :P Some good times! :)
