Yes. I used to strip in my younger days and legally you do still have to pay taxes. Even though you get paid cash it is still an income and at the end of the year you have to file taxes, claim how much you earned, and then pay the taxes that you didnt have taken out all year back to the government. Although most exotic dancers dont file taxes - its highly illegal to do so.
I was an exotic dancer for almost 18 years and yep you sure do. Unfortunately, it can be very expensive as exotic dancers (at least here in Canada) make extremely good money. Its very important to keep every reciept that can possibly be claimed to help cut down on taxes.
