Do you think that I should pay for the more expensive Canon even though I'm so young?

http://funadvice.com/r/15l32f5r0l7 http://funadvice.com/r/15kk19262ue The first link is the canon 600d and the second is 550d I am buying a DSLR camera, and it will be eitehr of these ones, im only young and i don’t really need photography and am not HUGELY interested in it but i do want one of these cameras and my mums willing to pay a bit for the one i want. I love the canon 600d’s flip out screen but i doubt i would use the reat of the camera to its full potential. The canon 550d is amazing but i really just want that pull out screen i think its an awesome feature and i mean this camera will have to last me a long time so is it worth paying the exta money now and getting the 600d instead of the canon 550d?

The MOST expensive Canon DSLR camera is over £3,000 - that is probably about 5 times more than her budget will stretch to.

Oh my god..I want that Canon 600D <3 …SO BADLY D: But my mum has the Canon Rebel T3i and they’re almost the exact same camera :O I love her camera…too bad she’ll barely let me touch it -.-

Answer #4

Answer #5

I say, get the one you’ll get the most use out of regardless of cost (as long as you can afford it) because if you find yourself using it less later on you can always sell it easily. Have you looked on ebay etc for a second hand one that may be cheaper?

Answer #6

i dont trust ebay >< haha my mum works in a bank and se hears constantly about people who get ripped off from there xd

Answer #7

I’ve been wanting to get a better Canon too, there just soo expensive!!

Answer #8

I don’t believe in paying extra for features that you know you will never use. That being said, I don’t know about either one, but I’d say get the one that you like the best after wieghing everything out. Example: I really like my cell phone. It does everthing I want it to do and more. Could I upgrade and get more features? Yes. But I have no need to, so I’ll keep the extra bucks in my pocket. If I needed and wanted more features, then I would certainly spring for em. So it’s all up to you.
