I don't really think so, but I believe they should allow parents to do this, even if its not morally right. If the parent is caring for someone, they should have the right to know what they are doing. I think it is evading privacy, but thats the family's problem. If you don't want to get caught texting something bad or some plan, THEN DON'T DO IT. That is my opinion.
of course they can ask but if they get them is the question lol but i think they could getthem but i think they would have to have evidence that you were doing something illigal. hoped i helpedā„
Yes, they mainley do it though for the fact that they want their child to be safe. My mom does it to me alllllll the time. I hate it, but I understand.
Yes because generally the contract would be in their name. And if you own the contract you own the right to ask for messages sent etc.

If the kid s under age of 18 yes they can. (Well, that's that is the law in my country.)
