why am i so paranoid ?

every time i go out and i see a big crowd or something im always scared someones gonna batter me and i hate it and anytime someone asks me to go out im like are they trying to get me battered so what could i do to stop this ? battered-beaten up

The most commen cause - a traumatic event in your childhood either experienced by you or a family member, or even something you saw. In order to conquer a fear you must face it. Someone ask you to go out of the house go. Put things in your purse that may make you feel safer, pepper spray, taser, etc.

thanks… i think i know what the even(S) may be… as a child there was a boy always coming to the door for me and asking me to go out and every day i did and then everyday he battered me :/ so should i go and batter him ?
