could this all be from my paraguard birth control?

I’ve had the paraguard IUD for a little over two years now. my main reason for choosing it was because its supposedly non-hormonal. I knew heavier and more cramps were going to be present for the first few months, but it’s still heavier. and still just as crampy. about a year ago I was bent over in pain and had gone to the hospital only to find out I had ovarian cysts. could my paraguard be the cause? also since I’ve had it ive had increased anxiety, what feels like a different heart beat (sometimes my chest feels heavy and/or hollow) I’m extremely nauseated alot and for the past few months I’ve had migraines. I have never suffered from any of this since before the paraguard. I know doctors will say none of this is related to the paraguard because its non-hormonal, but have any of you had it and symptoms like these?

I’m not on the paragard but I have been seriously considering the IUD the past month so I’ve been doing tons of research on it. Some women love it and it seems plenty absolutely hated it. The things you stated seem to be shared with a lot of women who are on the paragard as well though none are confirmed that it is because of the paragard.
