Unfortunately we are not doctors here with x-ray vision & cant answer that question for you. All we can do is speculate & say maybe you fell, or maybe you got hurt or maybe you got are butt handed to ya…how on earth can we know the answers to that question? Seriously?! :)
Best advice we can give you is to see a doctor & have them x-ray ur ribs. If they feel you need some sort of treatment then they will assist you in a better way once they have found the problem in the x-ray & are able to narrow it down to help you heal!
