How to ease the pain of cramps?

Ok, of course, I have my period, just got it 3 months ago. How do I ease the cramps now that I have it again? It kills!!!

Curling up in a little ball with a pillow on my stomach seems to help.
Or getting Mydol it helps for a while.
Even breathing in with your nose and out through your mouth helps ease the pain. Just don’t do it to fast and hard you may pass out.

Also if your into tea different types of tea can help to calm you therfore relaxing your cramps just ask your local health food/chemist store.
