How can I ease the pain?

About 7 months ago I had a painful cyst on my ovary where I couldn’t even walk or do anything. My period before the cyst was light and no cramps at all, but now they are so painful where I can’t even go to school. My cramps are so painful they have me crying and I can’t even get out of bed. I am only 16 and really don’t want to go to the doctor and let them feel around down there. But I am really afraid something might be wrong. Does anyone else have these problems too. Please HELP!

I use to get this problem. I would just lay on the couch for hours with a hot ice pack resting on my abdomen. You could try taking period pain tablets also. But the best thing to do would be consult a doctor.
