Over-eating? O.o

I’m not trying to be a weight-obsessed but it’s really bugging me. I’ve gained about 15lbs. and I wonder if I’ll be able to lose it all in about 6th months and continuously progressing for the remainder of my life. It’s not like if I’m going to grow any taller..I’m only 4’9” and I’m 14. I haven’t even grew an inch over last summer. And my brother who’s only a year younger is already getting taller than I am. Plus, my parents aren’t very tall neither. I think my main problem is over-eating. I’m an emotional eater. When I’m bored I eat and so on forth. Is there any way to stop my bad-eating habits? And from your personal experience (if any) what works for you?.For example, type of exercises, activities, foods you eat, and etc…I want to lose weight naturally without using any pills or cream. Thank you =D

Hey. I have that same problem. I started eating right and working out about 3 weeks ago and I’ve already lost 5 pounds. I’ve been going to the gym as often as I can and eating all of the right foods. And whenever you become bored and think about heading to the kitchen because of it, don’t. Get yourself distracted by something else. Right away just find something better to do. And I always had trouble dieting. Like I would eat some healthy foods and they would bore me and then I would go back to the unhealthy stuff, but this time a lot of the foods I’ve been eating are from the Biggest Loser Cookbook and a lot of the stuff is really good in there. Watch the show its really good. I think its on NBC on Tuesdays from 8 to 10. I watch it at the gym and work out while I watch it. It’s a great show and it will really motivate you. [:

ok. so I decided to help since you havent had any, :) I understand how you feel I am that way right now. here are some tips I can give u when your hungry..eat saltine crackers.. they are low calorie and they will fill you up. eat yogurt when your hungry. its recomended to eat 3 times a day a dairy product and it works! beleive me! it will slim you down! also go and work out at the gym or do some small 25-30 minute DAILY workout.. running, jogging, walking, crunches, lunges, you get the deal? another is eat healthy cut out cokes, sugar filled juices drink LOTS of water. and if you are persistant with all of this im very sure you will lose the weight hunn.

and if it makes you happier.. when you lose weight the taller you appear!

so instead of having some bad eating habits.. get some GOOD and HEALTHY eating habits.

Crunch round the clock. If you don’t know what that means its where you crunch with hands behind your head, and get your elbow on your hip (same side) and go back down, up & to the out side of your knee (same side) back down, up & in side of your knee (same side) back down, up and in side of other knee, back down, outside of of opposite knee, back down, up & twist to get your elbow on the opposite hip. Then repeat the other way. My mum is a personal trainer and one of her clients lost a good amount of inches from he waist and her ‘bum’ doing this- well, and dieting, but this helped a deal.
