Well orange juice has vitamin c but is bad for your teeth and could hurt your stomach if your stomach is empty,then milk is good for your teeth & has vitamin d so probably milk & i think milk taste better(:

Milk. Orange juice is very high in sugar, and its very acidic so its also really bad for your teeth (worse than coke). You can get vitamins from orange juice, but you could also get them from eating a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables. Milk is an excellent source of calcium and as long as its not flavoured its low in sugars. Thats not to say you shouldnt frink fruit juice, just dont drink it all the time. Lots of water is good too!

Milk, because it has all the calcium and all the stuff we need, also is the one thing that is recomended to drink 3 glasses a day, so I prefer milk.

I always thought that orange juice was better for u, because of the vitamins and stuff, although I also heard that it can be bad for ur teeth cuz of the acid, and if u make it yourself than u don’t have to add any sugar, but milk is also good because of the calcium… I would say that their both good, equally

Actually, the pH of cola is 2.5-2.7 while the pH of orange juice is 3-4. Cola is more acid than orange juice.

Cola and many other carbonated beverages are acid enough that regular drinkers should be in the habit of using a straw to avoid excess contact with your teeth.

The main problem I have with orange juice is that most of the fiber is removed in the juicing process. I like to make my own orange juice by buzzing all the edible portion in a high power blender to get all of the orange’s goodness.
