What is your opinion on tongue splitting?

My opinion: Gross, gross GROSS! Have you ever kissed someone with a split tongue? Me either!! :P Just kidding.. I think it looks interesting. I personally wouldn’t get it done, because I like my tongue in one piece.. and it kind of creeps me out a little bit. But it would be cool! If you like it, and your boyfriend is okay with it, you should do it.. and show me a picture of it haha :)

Actually yes i have haha it was very entertaining i must say :) For me it’s something i could either show or keep to myself, cause it’s not noticeable in the slightest really unless someone sticks there tongue out.

I think it’s the same as gauges or anything else. It’s self expression at its finest, and I think you should go for it if you want it. It looks painful as hell and I’d never do it, but I’m fully supportive of the decision if you make it :)

I feel like people dont take permanent body modifications seriously. They don’t think them through or get them done for the wronge reasons. I have no problem with tongue splitting what-so-ever, I just feel people get it as a fear factor. They want other people to assume negative things about them. If you get it because you like it and you want it and you’ve thought it through and it’s not just something you’re running out and doing on a whim, then more power to you.

Haha i’ve wanted it since i was about 8 to be literal, my sisters friend had it done and i fell in love with it. Since then it’s been something i’ve always wanted to have done. haha so basically 11 years of thinking it through.

I often wonder what its like to kiss someone with this mod… Of course, there is another body part that is split….and it seems MUCH more painful. I’m pretty sure you know which one I’m talking about. South of the Equator. OUCH!!!!!!!!!!

and you have to be awake the whole time…. i would never do it haha

Yep haha you have to be awake through it all, i have an incredibly high pain tolerance. I was a professional fighter for a long period of time so i had to learn to deal with pain.
