What are some good tips for an open interview?
im kind of nervous for this open interview at Forever 21. my friend told me that all they ask like “who are you” and “why do you wanna work here.” what are some good tips that will help with those kind of questions?
Be yourself but keep it cool Also blend in with the people that you talk to. If your being interviewed by some old man or woman you have to be calm and nice.
- Be honest … don’t try to sell yourself by saying that you can do more than you really can.
- Think before you answer … it’s not a contest to see how quickly you can come up with a reply.
- Plan ahead … questions like “Why do you want to work here” are basic and you can prepare the answers ahead.
- Stay calm … you show more confidence when you aren’t chewing your fingernails or shaking your leg.
