Answer #5

he’ll be fine he prob will coff it back up most bog’s do and if not you’ll finde it in a few day’s I work at a zoo and its crazy how many people think there dog;s are going to get sick from it what kind of dog is he ?

Answer #6

It depends how big your dog is. If he is large or even medium, he will probably just poop it out. If he is smaller, he may have pain.

Answer #7

best thing to do would be call your local vet and ask for advice. keep a eye on the dog and if there are any changes then take it to the vet straight away

Answer #8

Call your vet asap and tell him or her the whole situation with details then ask if you need to take him in. My dog got a hold of a whole box of gumballs when she was younger with like over 100 of the mini ones. I called and they told me what to do to make her throw it up, it’s nasty but sometimes important. If it’s a bone though, you might have to make sure there aren’t pieces caught in his throat or else it might tear his esophogas(or however you spell that) or something. Hope he’s okay. :)

Answer #10

Larger dogs will be fine with the chicken bone. The real ominous bones are the little needle-like ones on the leg that, when ingested, are more apt to puncture the gut.

Answer #11

He very well may puke it up, since he didn’t bother to chew it (tho that seems a little much for that small of a dog)…Watch him tonight, and tomorrow morning, if ANYTHING seems amiss…like if he constipated, or there is any blood, if he trys to puke, but nothing comes up, if he has the runs…I mean ANYTHNG…get him to the vet.

Answer #12

it is kinda of good that he did not chew it up, this bone can be full of splinters if chewed. He may pass it. He may not, I would take him to the vet and get x-rays done so you don’t loose your dog, if you wait to see if he passes it, other problems could happen resulting in a bigger vet bill or death. Atleast if you do x-rays the doctor can tell you if it is moving fine or not.

Answer #13

we cant take him to the vet. our bills are to high and we dont have the kind of money right now. everytime he eats he tries to cough it up but he cant. he wont drink any water either. now hes playing but im still worried.
