I have to wear uniforms next year and mostly everything I want to buy is going to be tight and I am not really fat but I have that one lil roll and I want to loose it but I dont drink pop I drink water and I eat right and do go to the gym and nothing is helping

hi there! well, first is how long have you been doing these stuffs? I mean, the exercising and eating right? first, fats dont just disappear in an instant and stop looking your body in the mirror and just continue eating right...avoid foods rich in cholesterol or the fatty ones with a lot of oil...or much better lessen it, then, with regards bto exercising do it at least 15 minutes everyday and increase it by 30 minutes just let your body adjust to it...
and, dont discourage yourself...you're beautiful and that im telling you, me I lose weight and gain weight easily and its hard but just following a good lifestyle and probably looking at the mirror [checking your waistlines] could be done like twice a week...this will help you not to be conscious about your self..and hey girl! people still like you for who you are:-)

Eat a low caloric diet. And try some supplements but only after consulting from doctor.
