Oil paints do not dry, in fact, they actually harden. Depending on the kind of oil paint you used it could take anywhere from days to weeks to be "dry"! However for it to fully dry, or rather, harden, would take much longer, months. You could try leaving it out in the sun and wind. Do not try blowdrying it, or as a friend of mine did, hairspraying it, it can cause cracks in the paint. Otherwise though, you're pretty much stuck with your oil painting wet. In the future you could try mixing your paint with Liquin which would help with the drying process.
Oil paints will always be "oiley", but You could try to dry out the oil by putting it under a fan or putting it outside for the sunlight to ubsorb it..
you gotta mount it , its a specail spray so the oil pastels dont smudge once your art is done
Like the Hales said, throw it in the sun. Or the freezer. Maybe both.
