Generally, anytime you outsource to fill jobs you’re taking those jobs from someone else. It’s popular for jobs in the customer service fields because it only involves phones or the internet, and because those companies outsource to will take substantially less money than onshore applicants.

Okay, outsourcing did some damages to our economy as many of the companies took their production units to low cost Asian locations. That is being said, we still retain the top slot of jobs in the country. Normally companies have transferred jobs to offshore location which need manpower since labor is expensive here. But skill based tasks are still available in the country for us to find.
