For the past few nights I have been having a bad dream that I was at my boyfriend's house sleeping and it's night time and people break into the house and we wake up and he tells me to hide in the closet. Every time I've had this dream they find me there every time and they throw me down the stairs and my boyfriend, his dad and younger brother are tied up by the front door. But the twist is that when they beat me and stuff, it changes every time after I get thrown down the stairs. There's 3 guys can't see their faces, but we do manage to kill them, but Im badly cut up, bruised, beaten, they've stripped y clothes. I wake up in tears, and I havent waken up in tears to a night mare like this since I was 5 and im 19! :S Any suggestions why I get this nightmare???
If you were raped a long time ago im terribly sorry.I was sexually abused as well when i was young.So it can be the memory replaying.Or if nothing has ever happened it can be from pretty much anything.A movie you watched,a book you read,anything you see read or hear in daily life.it doesn't exactly mean you will be raped but i would be on the look out just to be on the safe side.
Perhaps some violence happened to you along time ago and this is a sort of delayed post traumatic stress syndrome or you live in a high crime rate area and that is bothering you.
rapping in a dream is nothing but ur sub concious mind saying that u r being forced to do someting un willingly for others ....
