Why is it that nuns and preists wear black and white when the world is far from black and white?

Probably to show they’re still innocent in a coloured world. To stand out.

Oh and not all nuns wear black and white. Certain nuns wear red, blue and even pink, believe it or not

this might sound dum but… i think they wear black because there’s something more than the eye can see… i mean they hide thing, take this as an example: they’re deboted to a higher propose(aparently) .If you would loook at history you’ll see that prisest and nuns have always been “wierd”,they’ve always been hiding things like the babies some nuns have had… i thjink they’re wear black & white (some not atll)because they’re ashame of the things they’ve done and of the things they’re oldre one’s have done during all times… take this as an example in ,if i’m not wrong,the first or second centuary there was a religion called “catharos”, they were the religion most close to what crhistianity is… catholic church kiled them and burn all of their manuscrist,catharos believe the equality for all men kind,they shared the little or all they had with each other,they had a great knowledge of all things,after the catharos the catholic church killed te tempalires,the templaires it’s true they killed many people(inocents maybe) but when they found out about something that no one else knew,the church sent others to kill all of the templaires… so you see that’s why i think they’re wear black and white cause they’re ashame of what they’ve done and because they’ve been hiding something big that no one knows what it is.. it could be i don’t know anything,weater it’s someting evil or mistic…

If things were as you said i can see nothing has changed with religion. It even got worse. Just look and see all the wars in the name of God and religion that were fought along history. Is that what the Biible teachs?
