Is it normal to all of a sudden have high blood pressure or is it suppose to happen gradually?

  It's not really normal to have high bp either gradually or suddenly? That's why it's high? It may be helpful to speak to the doctor while you're there.

  Wat cud I change? I'm a vegetarian, I don't eat fried food, I can't stand salt and I workout, any suggestions?
