I only had one girlfriend with a pierced nipple and I always liked to suck and play with the one that was not pierced- better the natural one than the metallic one, besides her pierced nipple was often sore from getting caught in her shirt. She even liked to lick her non pierced nipple because it was not so tender. A personal decision I am sure, but she did it on a dare from a girlfriend.
