Does the neutrogena wave help get rid of acne?

It is a good thing to use for deep facial cleansing, but personally, I think if people want to reduce acne, they should stick to a healthy diet, focus on keeping their face clean, and have their hair clean as well and off of your face, being as the oils in your hair are a prime factor in keeping the skin beneath it oily itself and prone to acne.

I get a fairly healty diet everything is homecooked, low in fat, and I eat veggies and stuff as much as I can with what is cooked that day. I have side swept bangs, but sometimes I just break out really bad

How old are you? If you’re younger, you may just be experiencing the horror that is puberty. If that be so, just keep washing your face as much as you can, keep your hair clean and away from your face as much as you can, and keep your hands away from it as well, since your fingers can be really oily and dirty, and can carry those factors to your pores on your face.
