go to an employment agency. they are trained to deal with these sorts of things.

Any job they will give to a teenager, they will probably give to a felon. try grocery stores and fast food joints.

Go to your local employment office and talk to a worker there -they’ll have that kind of information for you.

However, you should be looking for jobs within small companies where you are working closely with the boss. Most large companies won’t even look at you.
