What's a natural way to do a body cleanse/body detox?

I know about drinking teas like green tea, which I already drink a lot of on a daily basis. What are other things I should do? How long should it last?

Just to be clear, this has nothing to do with passing any sort of a dr.ug test.

Detox is normally just a way to cleanse the body of bad toxins that have entered the body through foods, or other contact. Like drinking tea, there are many methods you can choose which all are claimed to work.

A popular detox method is footbathing. Basically, you sit in a bath or on a chair with a bucket or large pan of hot water. Slowly slide your feet into the hot water and keep them there for about 30-60 minutes. What the hot water does is, attract the negative ions and particles from your feet to the positive ions in the water and “pulls” them out from your feet.

Another detox method is colon cleansing. This can be done by a doctor or by yourself. With a doctor, they usually stick a tube into your anus and push warm water. The warm water softens the tissues and lets them expand, allowing the “toxins” to leave the body through a natural exit. By yourself, they sell products that allow the colon to be cleansed, through a type of laxative.

Eating fruits and vegetables often, is another way of cleansing the body because it rids the liver of toxins.

fruits and vegetables have a lot of antioxidants. Stay clear from unhealthy fatty food and too much salt and sugar. Drinking lots of water would also hep.Regular exercises flushes out toxins through circulation and sweat. Doing these things will hep to detoxify your body.
