I’ve been biting my nails lately…how do I stop?

I have the same habit too! all you can do is put nailpolish on or put hot sauce or pepper on your fingernails por tips ha its wierd but it works

nail polish didn’t work for me. What does work is putting aloe juice on your fingers. Tastes absolutely disgusting…you won’t be biting them soon.

I used to have that habit. You can put band-aids on them, nail polish, get your nails done..
