If he has no STD’s then there is no harm. There isn’t enough protein to make it worth while as a supplement so eating it on a regular basis won’t help.

Eating ejaculate poses STD issues. If the ejaculate is infected with AIDS, and the person’s mouth has a cut or sore in it, the disease can be transmitted.

I will ignore question #2 because that’s ridiculous.
