my family hates my boyfriend and I am stressed
My family hates my boyfriend. I am 20 and hes 21 my whle family is mexican and my boyfriend is half italian and half puerto rican. We’ve been 2gether for like a year now and I really love him. Me and my boyfriend have and ok relationship. He gave up eveything to move nere to california to come be with me. And now he has no place to live and I am trying to help him the best I can. Since hes going trough all thiz sometimes he gets upset and kinda yells at me, and I don’t really take it 2 the heart, I know he dose that because hes frustrated and upset. because he has no place, no monay and no job. My family hates him him hes basicly homeless. Sorry 4 just going on and on but I just have 2 let it out. what do you people think I should do?? Hes gona leave cali and he wants me to go with him 2 ohio. But I don’t know if I can leave yea my family is mesed up 2 me and him, but my mom sick and I don’t want to leave and make her worry and get worse. what should I do??
the best thing to do is sit down with your family. discuss the reason they dislike him and the reasons you do like him. try to work things out and bring up good points. he gave up everything to be near you is a good point. just talk through it and tell them you love and care for them and all you want is for them to stand by your side.
