Murder or Assassination?

Murder(ed) definition : Law. the killing of another human being under conditions specifically covered in law. In the U.S., special statutory definitions include murder committed with malice aforethought, characterized by deliberation or premeditation or occurring during the commission of another serious crime, as robbery or arson (first-degree murder), and murder by intent but without deliberation or premeditation (second-degree murder). Assassination definition: to kill suddenly or secretively, esp. a politically prominent person; murder premeditatedly and treacherously.

You don’t have to be a politician to be assassinated.

To quote the definitions give by one80seven.. ‘esp. a politically prominent person’

The ‘esp.’ means ‘especially’..not ‘ only’.

The reason is why?

Someone is murdered because the killer is a psycopath.Very emotional even to the point of ecstacy.

Someone is assasinated because the killer views it as a job contract and for money.All professional and no emotions to it.Your in your out.

Someone is killed because the killer can do it for a lot of reasons for example his a soldier in a battlefield or it’s in self defence or it was an accident plane crash or boat accident etc.
