I have to get up early for swim team...this is what I do: I set my alarm clock a half hour earlier than I know I will get up. So, I set it for 5:45 and hope to be up around 6:15. I have an alarm clock that continually gets louder if I don't press it, so this is a good choice for you. It also, like most clocks, has a snooze button, which you want to use so It'll keep waking you up. I have my alarm clock on my dresser, so I actually have to stand up to press the button. If you're really bad, put it in a corner in your room so you'll wake yourself up to turn it off. After I press the button, I hop back in bed, and then I continually get up to turn it off when it rings. Around 6:15, I'm no longer asleep enough to endure staying in bed, so I get up. Hope this works! If you're really, really bad at getting up to an alarm clock, I would suggest buying several and setting them to ring all at the same time. Put them in different place around your room so you have to walk around to turn each of them off.
Meaby setting it at a time before you ussually wake up? Or you could get an alarm clock that has a really loud sound, a sound that you know you are not going to want to hear over and over again till you put it off. Meaby you can try putting the alarm clock somewhere across the room so when it rings and it wont stop, you have to get up to turn it off, and that way you are alredy up.
try drinking a lot of water before bed- then you'll have to pee when you wake up and you'll have to get up instead of going back to sleep.
