Should my moms boyfriend be allowed to tell me what to do?

Well i go to all ages club that means its pre much 16+ and they dont sell alcohol. Well any ways i forgot to bring my dress in my bag so all i had was the black shorts that i was going to wear under it… and my moms friend saw the pics and said they where short. KAY I NO BUT I DIDNT WNAT TO WEAR THEM ANY WAYS! soo insead of my mom listening to me she just said im not allowed to go to any more events for a while. But now she says i can if her bf says im allowed! cause he also gets mad when i go to them he said there bad. so pre much he rather me go to uncallsy parties where people do drink? -__- wtff i know we live with him and stuff and she has a kid with him but hes not legally my step dad or any thing so should i have too? cause i noo ehs gunna say NO UGH

As you live with your mother and her boyfriend that makes him a guardian to you and, as such, is accountable for your actions. Apparently your mother sees fit to allow him some say in your upbringing, so all you can really do is try to show yourself as responsible and mature instead of trying to rebel and cause more trouble than it’s worth.

He is your guardian but there limits if he says no to little things or tells you to do certain tasks that your mother dont normally do than talk to your mom.
