Is there any way to get my Model 2 Sega Genesis to work on my LCD TV?

I have a Westinghouse 26-inch LCD tv in my living room. When I brought my Model 2 Genesis home, I tried to connect it to the TV through the VCR using the RF adapter. When I started a game, I got a picture fr a while, although the screen rolled, and then it went away. Is there ANY way to play my Genesis on my living room TV? If not, I’ll keep it hooked to my bedroom TV.

I don’t have personal experience of this problem as I don’t play these games - but my neighbour’s son had an issue like this. His problem was to do with the RF cnnection to the VCR and the fact that it was an “old” (2 years) VCR that had some coding problems relative to his Sega Genesis.

There’s a discussion about your problem here : http://funadvice.com/r/blfdd6fctam
