Methods to relieve?

What do you do in order to relieve feelings of sadness /anger or other things without consulting a person or talking to somone? And how do /can ou keep it under control?Also how do you handle it once you have accidentlly told your teacher?

Meditation…can be done at any time as many times as necessary.

You can’t take back what you’ve said or done, you can only prove to your teacher that you’re trying to make things right.
