How can I slow down my metabolism to gain weight?

Hey, Im 14, 5’3” and I weigh 82 llbs. Im really thin, and I’m tired of everyone joking me about how skinny I am. I eat, a lot, but I cant seem to gain weight. I have a fast metabolism and so I cant seem to even gain weight easily. I’ve tried BOOST plus- which helps you gain weight, and I saw no results. ]: I really wish that I could slow down my metabolism so I could get to atleast 110 pounds.

Any ideas?

It might sound ironic, but working out a half hour or so a few times a week, will help you build muscle and make you look fuller. eat healthy foods, and fast food will help too, good luck

uhmmm yeaa ! atleast 20 pOunds .. im 13 & 125 your way tOO skinny eat burger kinq everyday =) && if you want to gain wait eat before you go to sleep =)

hi I have the same problem you do im 14 and I weigh about 90 lbs and im 5’3 I get made fun of all the time I get called anorexic and everything else but I will be a model some day and they will all et their words

Sit in a bath tub full of ice…and eat lots of take-away?

hey im the same way and im going to tell ya this the best I can… I have been trying for years to gain weight im 22 years old, 6’4” and weight about 132 give or take… im tall and thin and all through high school and even now I got picked on for being skinny and all that other stuff they say… but the bottom line is im still here, im healthy there is nothing wrong with me I just have a fast metabolism, and you got to be happy with your body, it is the best thing you can have. im happy with mine, I can do the same job, the same way, maybe a little bit metter then other people… its going to be a hard journey, until you gain the weight but all it will do is make you stronger dont let people bring you down because you maybe a little thin, just let them say what they want, because somewhere somehow, you can do something better then them, you have nothing to prove to anybody but yourself, dont beat yourself up over being small… I know it sucks trust me I know it sucks butgo day by day let nature take it course and one day, you’ll get the weight…

I am a 39 year old woman with 2 kids and I am 5’04 & 112. I had the same problems as many of you that have posted and believe me the same people that made fun of me see me now can’t believe I have had 2 kids. 14 and 8 and I am super cute with my smallness. Those that teased me can’t remember when they were as small and wish they were my size. They have to diet and play the up and down weight game. Be proud of your size even when the thick girls seem to be in. Remember we are never satisfied with ourselves and most that judge you are insecure about their ownselves. There are ways you can also dress your self to give the illusion that you are bigger, try that. Otherwise, in due time it will come and then you won’t want it. Eat in moderation so that when you do start to gain you don’t become a mess! Love yourself as you are you are too young to be worried about something that is really not a problem, you have your health. Peace

dont feel bad im in the same position your in im 14 5’3 and about 90 lbs. some people just dont understand someother people just have fast metabolisms.I get made fun of a lot too people call me anorexic and im so sick of people its like im skinney just get over it already.So I know how you feel

i eat 5 times a day and drink procomplx weight gainner my in take is about 5000 calories a day i go to bed waying 164 and wake up waing 156 why? how do i fix this where i can keep on the weight
