What can I do to slown down metabolism and gain weight?

I’m 26, 6 ft and weigh 115 lbs. Recently started doing excercises on a regualr basis. Eat 3 good meals a day, protein intake has been also high but I just can’t seem to gain weight. Infact, I’ve probably lost about 8-10 lbs in the last 1 year. Any advice?

exercising increases metabolism gain weight, eat mcdonalds, buy a tub of ice cream, and buy some new movies to watch and just dont get up lol
