It was the holidays so I started going to sleep at 4:00am and waking up when ever. Now I have school (fantastic), anyone have a quick solution?
And drugs are out of the question, I'm broke.
Just start going to bed earlier and your body will adjust to the routine after a few weeks. Set your alarm for the same time every school day and you'll find yourself waking up before the alarm clock goes off after a while.
stay up all night and day then youll nbe super tired and go to bed at a normal time. make sure you get a lot of sun when you are staying up itll really help. no drugs!
