Mental Problem con't

Dude its ok your not the only one who has masturbated constantly. Jerkin it is actually clinically healthy for your penis. But what I would recommend is not let it become a bad habit like for example you were late for work because you were beatin it in the bathroom Lol.

Masturbating is not a wrong thing in fact its good to masturbate because you are actually practicing sex before you actually “do it” and lose it for the first time. You’re getting a little experience before you go and jump on the boat. Infact a lot of my friends tell me that when you actually do it you actually last a lot longer because you are “really” getting it on instead of being alone by yourself and letting it become a nervous habit.

I would just not do it so much and kinda concentrate on other things. Avoid porn and dirty magazines and sexual thoughts. I mean dont get me wrong man its almost entirely impossible to not have perverted thoughts alteast once in a day. I mean I work at a job where I see beautiful women walkin back in forth and hell man its summer time and you can see there bikini lines and stuff and I get really hard in a situation like that. But I dont let it become such a turn on that I have to go home and wack it just because it was there.
